Could my Wooch watch cause allergies?
Wooch watches use only 100% natural wood and are not treated with any toxic chemicals
Wooch watches come with stainless steel (304) clasps for those who may have nickel allergies. Please see the below study from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9330816):
It was shown that low-sulfur stainless steel grades like 304 release less than 0.03 microgram/cm2/week of nickel in acid artificial sweat and elicit no reactions in patients already sensitized to nickel.
How to adjust writsband size?
Clocksmith. Take your Wooch watch to your preferred jeweler or watch repair shop to have them size it for you.

Are Wooch watches waterproof?
No. Wooch watches are considered to be splash proof. However, full submergence in water is not recommended both for the integrity of the movement and the wood itself. You can read more about warranty and care at warranty page
Do you provide custom engraving?
Yes. Company logos, handwritten messages, standard text and uploaded graphics can all be engraved on the watch dial, backplate and on the package.
We do not charge extra for the engraving.
Where are Wooch watches made?
All the wooden parts are handcrafted in Estonia! Watch glasses and hands are made in Germany and the movement in Japan.
Will wooden watch break easily?
No. Although wood is not as strong as metal, it does not mean that wooden watches will break easily. Wooch watches are perfect for everyday wear.
How can i take care of my watch to increase durability?
The biggest enemy of wood is sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
This means if you leave your watch in a car on a hot sunny day, the high temperature has the ability to swell the wood and cause it to crack. Same with leaving it in the car on a particularly cold day or night, the cold will shrink the wood, putting pressure against the glass and pins and could cause breakage at those points.
When you are not wearing your watch be sure that it is inside, and also protected in its original packaging.

Did you receive my order?
We have received your order when you have received an confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received a confirmation email after 24 hours since placing the order, please contact us. info@woocwatches.com
Does international shipping include customs charges?
No. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of your watch purchase. If you wish to learn about potential fees in your country, it is best to contact your local postal service or customs office.
Warranty and repairs
How does warranty work?
Each Wooch watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Abuse, mechanical damage, alterations, or scratches due to abnormal wear are not covered by the Wooch limited warranty. Wooch will not be responsible for loss or damage connected to the use of its product nor the life of the battery. In case of a warranty issue, please fill out the form at our warranty page.
Warranty is over but I need my watch repaired
Do not worry. Write to us (info@woochwatches.com) and we will fix your watch for a fee.
